What are the system
requirements to run the Draze.com Toolbar?
The system requirements for running the Draze.com Toolbar are:
- Microsoft Windows (98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or greater
When will the Draze.com Toolbar be available for other browsers?
At present, the Draze.com Toolbar is only available for Internet
Explorer, version 5.0 or later. Creating versions of the Draze.com
Toolbar for other browsers may be a future project, but is not presently
scheduled.
Can I install the Draze.com Toolbar on my AOL browser?
At present, the Draze.com Toolbar is only available for Internet
Explorer, version 5.0 or later.
Why do I get an ActiveX
error message when trying to install the Draze Toolbar?
Your Internet security settings may be on "High". This will prevent ActiveX
controls from running. To install the Draze.com Toolbar, you must have
ActiveX controls enabled. To do this, follow these simple steps:
- From your browser, select Tools > Internet Options
- Click on the Security Tab
- Click on the Internet icon in the window
- Change security setting to Medium
- Click OK
- Or you may try to reinstall the Draze.com Toolbar
The Draze.com Toolbar is installed, but it doesn't appear in my
browser.
From your browser, click on "View > Toolbars" and select "Draze
Toolbar".
Why has the installation of the Draze.com Toolbar failed even
though I'm using Windows NT or 2000?
If you're using Windows NT or Windows 2000, and cannot install the
Draze.com Toolbar, please check with your system administrator to verify
if you have the administrative privileges required to install applications.
How will I know if a new version of the Draze.com Toolbar is
available?
The Draze.com Toolbar has an auto-update system. Users are notified when
an update is made to the toolbar’s DLL. To ensure a flawless update, a
warning is issued if more than one instance of Internet Explorer is opened.
I've followed the instructions in this FAQ but my installation has
still failed. What can I do?

Can I
change my Draze Toolbar preferences?
The Draze.com Toolbar options can be modified through a Web page, inside
Internet Explorer. Just click on the Draze.com logo > Options.
Is it possible to change the location of the Draze.com Toolbar in
Internet Explorer?
From your browser, make sure that "Lock the toolbars" on "View >
Toolbars" is not checked. Once done, you can move the Draze Toolbar
by grabbing it with the mouse and moving it elsewhere.
Does the Draze
Toolbar track the websites I visit?
No. The Draze Toolbar does not track the websites you visit, and all
information it collects is completely anonymous. Please read our Toolbar

Does the Draze Toolbar collect any information that can identify
me personally?
No. All information collected by the Toolbar is completely anonymous
information that we use to determine the usefulness of the products and
services we make available to you. The Draze Toolbar does not collect

How do I remove the list of previous searches that appears underneath
the search box?
To clear the Search History, in the options drop down menu, simply select
Clear Search History.
How do I erase browser cookies?
To erase your cookies, in the options drop down menu, simply select Erase
Browser Cookies.
How do I erase browser cache? To erase your
cookies, in the options drop down menu, simply select Erase Browser
Cache.
How do I reset the popup count to zero?
To clear your popup count, in the popup blocker drop down menu, simply select
Clear PopUp Count.
How do I allow
a popup to pass through? To allow a
popup to pass through, simply hold down the
'CTRL' button and click the link. Likewise, you can click the drop down
menu next to the popup stopped button and select for popups to
pass through for current sites being viewed in the browser, or you
may click the popup stopped button to allow popups fully on any
site.
Does Draze keep any information on my PC after I uninstall the
Toolbar?
No. After uninstalling the Toolbar, the Toolbar and any data placed there by
